"Horrible service. I asked for delivery through the restaurant itself and was waiting for around an hour and 30 mins, I called to check where the food was and they said there was an issue with the food (very vague). I asked for a refund and they said that they wanted me to come there and will give the money back in cash, which was very strange. After telling them that I didn’t want to do that and to just revert the money paid via CC, they said they will give me a call back in 10 mins. Finally the manager called me back and refunded the money eventually, but I obviously did not receive my food and had to find another place after an 1.5 hr. Ridiculous, would highly recommend not to go here!"

"Shalimar serves chicken that I specifically seek out whenever I'm in the area; it's that good! However, I wasn't aware that the restaurant doesn't have air conditioning, as my previous visits were in the winter months. On a scorching 106-degree day, the fans just didn't cut it. My family felt quite uncomfortable, which really impacted our overall experience."

"Perhaps my expectations were too high. We ordered a chicken dish but were served lamb instead. I even overheard another table, which was the only other party there, order lamb and receive chicken. We didn't order a kebab, but it was mistakenly brought to our table. A minute later, the server realized the error, returned to our table, and took the kebab to the other table. This incident definitely contributed to my disappointment."
