"I placed an order online through their website during their advertised business hours and received a confirmation. However, when I arrived to pick it up, I found the restaurant closed, with the door locked and no response when I called. Unfortunately, the charge for the meal, which included a tip, was processed anyway. I decided to give it another try the next day, again during their stated hours, but once more, the place was closed. It's incredibly frustrating that they accept and charge for orders they clearly can't fulfill. The recent positive reviews seem suspicious; they might be from friends or aimed at inflating the restaurant's rating. I encountered another customer who was picking up an order for six people at the same time as me, and I'm sure he would agree that this place is a letdown. What a disappointing experience!"
