"my wife and i tried this restaurant for the first time last night. we felt like we totally out of sync with the staff. our server was polite but untrained. it was a major ordeal to get some sugar. the steak that i received was truly a dried out piece of leather that tasted like old venison. my wife's steak was a deep fried Grissel with a tangy flavor. now to the good news. the salad,veggies and water were perfect. even though i paid $10.00 for them. the night manager was puzzled on how to help us with our meal.. her offer of a free desert as she looked at 2 plates of uneaten food was taken as a joke but wasn't. in today's tight budget climate i would strongly recommend that when the cook and manager are out of town that he put someone with more experience in charge"
