"I 've been coming here for a while to get my premium meats for special occasions. I have never had such a terrible experience as I did today. This review is not for the quality of the meat or the excellent folks behind the meat and seafood counters. It is for the two teenage girls working at the cashiers register (one blonde one brunette). I usually come alone but this time brought my 16 year old small dog while I was with my mother. We walked around the store and purchased a few items we needed for Christmas Dinner. We did NOT see the sign on the door that said no dogs and if someone would have come up to us and kindly let us know, we would immediately have gone outside with the dog while one of us finished our purchases. Here 's where it gets bad. We head up to the register and the blonde girl who was checking us out made a very rude comment to the tune of can 't you read the sign dogs aren 't allowed and my mom and I immediately apologized and said we did not see the sign. Then the brunette girl chimed in and starts berating my mom and I telling us we need to learn to read the sign (which we clearly didn 't see as I stated above). Like ok we understand and apologized but dang there 's definitely a nicer way to say it. The brunette girl was ANGRY, scoffing and smirking at us and saying rude stuff under her breath as we apologized to the blonde during check out. I say well we obviously did not know and we are leaving now. She immediately gives me attitude and starts being rude to me so I decide not to engage and walk out with our paid for merchandise and leave my mom in the store. Her attitude was next level. THEN after I left, my mom says to her listen we didn 't know about the sign but that 's no reason for you to be rude to my daughter. And she says I am going to be rude to you because your daughter was rude to me (which I absolutely was not) and starts berating and yelling my mom in front of another customer. It was honestly so unprofessional I can 't even begin to tell you. Hard to believe a customer is treated like that. The blonde girl wasn 't much better because she was definitely giving attitude and following the lead of the brunette but at least she wasn 't outright yelling. By the time my mom finally came outside and told me what happened, the other customer came up to us and made a comment on how he won 't continue coming here either if that 's how they treat their customers. Here 's a quick tip: don 't be in customer service if you are going to harass customers. Won 't get you far in this world."
