"Surprisingly good for conveyor belt sushi. First off, the crew is fantastic. Pleasant, efficient, and attentive. The chefs were always keeping an eye on the belt and plates were removed before they got skunky. The floating waiters ensured we had what wewanted. The food was surprisingly good. I only had one roll I didn 't like and it was preference, not quality. The fact thatthey 're making many different rolls and sending them around means you can see it and try it rather than needing to commit tohaving someone make you an entire roll you may not like. But they will make you items upon request. Prices are good becauseyou 're not getting full rolls; this means you can mix and match or grab multiple plates to get an entire roll . Can be priceyif you just keep pulling plates off the belt but they 're color coded with reminders everywhere. While I 've had bad conveyorbelt experiences, this was not one of them. Will absolutely return."
