"Just because I cannot leave 0 stars. First off my sister called in a to go order 20-25 minutes prior to me arriving and I still waited for 25 minutes for the pot stickers that did not make it on my order. I paid and still left a tip. Now I live 20 minutes outside of town so I drove home and handed the food over to my hungry 3 year old and pregnant sister. After about 1 minute I hear my sister say she found a hair in her food, the chicken was over cooked and our pot stickers were burnt. I called the man to get my money back for the dinner we would not be eating and I was questioned on how long and what type of hair. He went back and forth for a minute and we decided to come 20 minutes back to town to show him the hair and get our money back. Let me add that this hair was fried to a crisp in the sauce that it had been cooked in... After the man was out right rude to my sister I stepped in and said it was not okay no matter it was an Asian hair (his words not mine) or and freaking animal hair that is just unacceptable. He refunded 70% of our meal after only offering 50%. Worst service/food I 've ever had and I 've lived in Grants Pass my whole life."

"Just Awful!I ordered the tempura and it was very bad. Hint: Guys get the oil hot enough!The onions were not cooked on the inside. The tempura was soggy and greasy. I threw out a $15.00 plate of food that was not edible. The Gyoza was also very bad quality. I have bought Gyoza at Costco that was better. Obviously not hand made. The dough was so thick and the filling was flavorless. Tossed that out too! Avoid this place, go to SHO up the street! What a let down and a ripoff!I read their other bad review and the management response is like a broken record...from robots"
