"I made a reservation through OpenTable and arrived at the restaurant, which was filled with loud music and a lot of intoxicated patrons. No one greeted us, so we just found an open table ourselves. We had to flag down a waitress to take our order, which was really disappointing. Overall, it was a terrible experience!"
