"Nature 's Plate is an amazing company and I am lucky to have their stores near me. Personally, I love everything about this company! It has been such a relief to have holiday meals already prepared that just need to be warmed up. It doesn 't get any easier than that! I don 't spend hours in the kitchen and my entire family looks forward to the meal that is provided during the holidays. The food that they sell is very flavorful and there is something for everything: breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, and snacks! My personal favorites are all of their cookies (all of them! , cheesecake, chickpea salad, and the breakfast tofu/sausage biscuit. Their cooking classes have also been such a pleasure to attend. Annette and Marianne are very attentive to the students. They can answer all of our questions as we go along because of the small class setting. I have used many of the cooking class recipes over and over! Professionally, I present and schedule lunch and learn seminars. For years I was ordering boxed lunches that were against all of my values. Nature 's Plate has worked with me to figure out what works best for these events and the chickpea wraps have been a hit at all of the presentations. I have gotten many comments that the attendees appreciated something different. If the attendees know me personally, they have thanked me for bringing a healthy and whole food lunch option. So, a big thank you to Nature 's Plate! I know all of you work really hard and I appreciate every bit of it! We are lucky to have you!"

"If I could give this establishment 0 stars, I would. We tried to hire us and nobody answered. That wasn't a big deal we thought they were busy. I go in and a young girl goes to the register as she removes her HEADPHONES from her ears. I made the comment? I'm not sure if something is wrong with your phones, but I tried to call a few times and no one answered?. Apparently, she didn't hear it ringing with her headphones.. We ordered anyway and brought our food back to our hotel, which was about 10 minutes away. The food was cold, the rice was not cooked. The cheese was not the least bit melted, and the beans were lumped in an area of the burrito. I called the store manager the next morning and explained my situation. She told me if I were willing to go to the store, she would spend a refund on my meal. Although we were on vacation, I agreed. I came to the store and the supervisor told me that she spoke to her manager who said she couldn't refund my meal, but could offer a voucher card. She said it's the same as a gift card and I could use it at any place at a later time for the credit of my meal. I agreed that this would be okay, even if I assumed to be refunded. She gave me the card that courageously claims? valid for a menu item?. I'll take the voucher back and show it. I asked if she could give me three more to compensate for the meal. She had no one and refused to apply the credit on a gift card. She had to call her manager again to see what to do next. After watching her sniffing dinner and helping customers after me, I never came in again. She told me she talked to her manager and there's nothing she can do. She suggested I come back or call on Monday. I informed her that I was on vacation and would leave on Sunday. I asked if she could give me a number to reach a manager or call the manager while I was standing there so I could also talk to them. She refused both requests. Needless to say, I will now talk to the company about something that the store would have been able to handle easily."
