"First, the reservation was booked for low table seating and instead we sat at bar stool table tops. A few more people did show up than what our reservation was for, but the place was not busy at all. But we received a lot of attitude for the extra business we provided them. It took forever to get our food order taken. Our waitress said she was just taking drink orders even on her third pass. When we finally did get our food some complained the some items such as French fries were cold. We waited over minutes with our food in front of us before napkins and silverware were served. A guest at our table had to go find them. And finally some of our checks were messed up. When we have a group booking we will find somewhere else as they just cannot seem to accommodate"

"I visited this restaurant on a Sunday with two friends. There was plenty of parking available, and we were seated quickly as soon as I arrived (which made me laugh!). For the dinner experience, I would rate it 2.5 out of 5, but it could go up to a 3."

"We went during happy hour and you can only be at the bar or patio area for the happy hour prices. I had the pulled pork sliders which were really good and the classic margarita, which I'm very particular about and the first one was perfectly delicious. So much so that I ordered a second one. I'm pretty sure they left out the simple syrup or the triple sec because it was more sour and not any sweet in it. They were pretty busy because there was a conference in town but there was one table in the patio that got all the attention from not only the server for that table but also our server. Meanwhile the manager was standing near the drink station doing nothing when he could have at least been filling water glasses for all the tables."

"absolutely terrible experience. we have gone to several other locations of On the Border and enjoyed it, but when we walked into the restaurant tonight we stood there for 10 minutes until someone finally came up to us.she was very unfriendly and mumbled something about how they are behind we can wait for her to clean a table or serve ourselves at a self serve table, and then walked away? we didn’t understand what she said so we thought she said to choose any place to sit that is clean, so we did that, and then she got shook her head, clearly annoyed, and rudely told us to wait for her. then she finally brought us to a booth and told us someone would be with us shortly. we waited 15 minutes and no one came to take our order, let alone greet us or give us the chips and salsa that all other locations give. so we had no choice but to get up and leave. there were so many dirty tables and the bathrooms were disgusting, so we were worried the food would be unhygienic. it is safe to say that i am never coming back to any On the Border restaurant ever again!"

"Went here yesterday with my wife. Started out with Beer Cheese Fondue pretzels. The appetizer was very good but the cheese was a little gritty. The pretzels were hot soft with a few crust on them. Even though the cheese was a bit gritty, I would order it again. We had plenty leftover cheese that our server suggested that we hold onto for the fries. My wife had the 420 Burger I sad the Crooked Spoon Burger. Both burgers were fresh ground, cooked perfectly, nicely seasoned. I stole the pineapple relish from my wife since she can't have it. The fries were crisp salted nicely. Speaking of the fries, the server was spot on telling us to hold onto the cheese. They were fabulous with the cheese! My drink, called an Orange Crush, was a mix of Jameson Organe, triple sec, lemon lime soda served with an orange slice. It was tasty but personally, I would have added some orange soda just to give it a bit of color. Overall, the food was great and we'll definitely be back."

"As a meat lover, I truly enjoy a great steak and can definitely recognize when it's prepared well, just as this restaurant promises. They exceeded my expectations! The portions were massive, with a gigantic baked potato, a fresh salad, warm bread, and an ice-cold beer to top it off. They really got it right! The prices were also reasonable. This was my first visit, but it certainly won't be my last."
