"This restaurant is truly one of the best sushi spots I've ever visited. The food was exceptionally fresh, and the service was outstanding. We didn't have a reservation, but we were seated in under two minutes. Our servers, Jose and Elizabeth, were incredibly accommodating. For drinks, we tried the 'Bom' and 'Blossom Mule,' both of which were excellent. As appetizers, we ordered the spicy kani salad and handmade shrimp dumplings. While the salad wasn’t spicy, it was undoubtedly the best kani salad I’ve tasted, with a generous amount of kani compared to cucumbers, which was a delightful surprise. The dumplings were also fantastic, served warm with fresh cilantro that added a nice herbal note. The order included four dumplings, and a couple of them had a bit of a kick to them. For sushi, we had the shrimp tempura and spider rolls (both regular rolls) as well as the Amazing Sandwich and Pink Valentine Rolls (special rolls). They were all fresh and delightful. I have nothing but positive things to say about this place. I will definitely be returning!"
