"My main dish featured chewy gluten-based mock duck paired with a variety of juicy vegetables like Asian cabbage, carrots, green beans, basil, red peppers, broccoli, onions, and mushrooms, all drizzled with a flavorful and spicy sauce. The Thai Spring Rolls I started with were excellent, served with a sweet and sour sauce and a crispy outer layer that was likely roasted. I later realized that the pastry-like shell might not have been vegan, as my server was a bit unclear when I asked about its ingredients.
My total for the four items, including tax, came to just over $29. For health-conscious diners, I noticed at least a couple of options featuring steamed vegetables in the vegetarian section, along with a wide selection of vegetables, fruits, and mushrooms. My server was very accommodating, providing ice water and guiding me to the bathroom, which is quite accessible.
The restaurant has generous hours and a user-friendly website. It's conveniently located off North Avenue along Route ANNEX, nestled among a building with various other restaurants and a service station. Overall, it’s a fantastic discovery, especially for fans of Thai cuisine. This review is an update from my previous one on June 27, 2021."
