"I've visited Rice Bowl Express multiple times, but after tonight, I realize I need to seek out better Chinese food options. Unfortunately, it feels more like fast food Chinese than anything impressive. The rice was overcooked, and I was disappointed to find that an egg roll isn't included with any meal. When I called to inquire, I was informed that it wasn’t part of the meal. I also ordered a side of fried rice, but since I'm allergic to shrimp, I expected something flavorful. Instead, I received a serving of plain brown rice—totally bland, with no vegetables or seasoning at all. The chicken in the sesame chicken dish was dry, simply covered in sauce. Everything tasted stale and lacked freshness. Overall, I was quite let down!"
