"What happened to this place? The first time I visited for lunch, everything was fantastic! The burger was cooked to perfection, and the fries were delicious. That was about 4-5 months ago. I told a friend about it, and we decided to take a group there for a birthday dinner. When we were informed that there was only one server, we probably should have left. It took 20 minutes to get a couple of pitchers of beer and over an hour for the food to arrive. Unfortunately, the burgers were either overcooked or had the wrong toppings, the sides were cold, and we never received our appetizers. The server did comp the appetizers once she found out about the issue. Our server, Liz, did everything she could given the circumstances, and I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1 in recognition of her efforts."
