"My first experience there was OK.... At best bellow average since they seemed to have an attitude... Wasnt too happy with that, or how long I waited for just one COLD sandwich. I waited and I waited. For at least an hour for an cold sandwich. I had my dog outside waiting for me and it was very cold at the time. They was too busy thinking my German Shepard was in the store so they kept looking at me like I was crazy! Like really? How could I get away with bringing in a 89+ pound dog? People that came in after me got out quicker then me as well. Even though I showed that I was trying to be patient I wanted to leave, they don't make the customers feel welcomed at all. Wouldnt kill for them to smile. Their food is a little better then their service attitude. Not going anytime soon. My first thoughts of this place is they are slow and rude and the food is OK."

"The food here was absolutely fantastic. I almost felt that the ketchup to my burger distracted from the flavor. The service here was great too. Having two sisters with autism, I usually have a problem explaining it to the waitstaff; but they took theoutbursts in stride. It really made me happy. As usual, I save the restrooms for last. Speaking as a Custodian, I'm VERYpicky about my restrooms. With that said, I was pleasantly surprised to find absolutely nothing wrong with the restrooms here. Five stars. Excellent work. Keep it up."

"Great food and location but the overalll experience was a little chaotic. Line almost out the door wound through the place making you stand awkwardly next to people eating. Line did move fairly quickly. Order taker seemed to carefully repeat our order back but we got the wrong soup and saw in the receipt that she took the order wrong. It was too nuts to tell them and exchange it for what we wanted. The bathroom was in terrible shape with water all over the floor, paper everywhere and trash overflowing. We sat outside which was nice bit when we went to leave and clean up our area, the outside trash bin was also full and overflowing. For two peoples lunch for $40 and I didnt even get a pop or it would have been more, i think they need to step up the execution a bit. Parking: Parking is sparse, so mind the signage because many of the available spots in the area are restricted and not actually available."

"Went here after previously eating at Santa Fe bite locations in Santa Fe. This is not that place. Food was inedible, mostly microwaved and burnt. Only other table in the place was also unable to eat their food. Server/everyone there was very nice. Took everything off the bill as we could not eat it. Odd that the server was not surprised when I said we couldn't eat the food. Strange experience, don't want to repeat it that's for sure. Avoid at all costs unfortunately."

"Okay, so food wise the food is excellent!! The chefs are brilliant and food is always delicious. But the service is terrible in the morning! The ladies who work are always only among themselves. You will see you in the drive thru and see directly on you and just ignore for 5 minutes. Remember that I understand if they're busy, then of course, that's waiting. But just to ignore and if I get them to help me, they're just rude. I left in the afternoon or dinner time the girls are fantastic. I'd say management has to wait for the morning staff. Maybe a new morning waiter."
