It took me 9min 12sec to get there and that is how long I was on hold, in addition to being hung up. I made the presumption that they were really busy ???. NOPE! Made my way in and at the podium was the Mgr? GM? RM? (She did assist in the kitchen) IDK. Expressed my concerns and said she would address, it was said only to inform. Asked if I wanted to eat in or to go, I decided to stay. The young lady answered the phone was at the bar with ONE CUSTOMER.....Moving along, of the 5 booths there were 3 filled and two tables on the patio. 2 ppl on the oven. My waiter Marcel VERY NICE young man, third day at work. He was doing everything in his power to accommodate.I ordered GARLIC KNOTS (to my taste buds could have used a bit more garlic) when I ordered my beverage, they arrived over 40 mins later, they forgot to make. (Marcel continued to check up on me). Only one or two ovens were working at the time, idk. I ordered the Rustico w/substitution and that came out 12 mins after that. I a thin crust but this was RIDICULOUS (you know it is so thin that you CANNOT pick it up) my pizza was also made incorrectly. In the end they gave me 25% off my order. I was not upset (surprisingly), truly disappointed. I understand lack of assistance during the pandemic but that didnt seem like the case. They was no sense of urgency. Probably will not be returning.I like the name."
