"I was very disappointed with the lack of attention from our server. From the beginning, she wouldn't listen to what we wanted and kept pushing us to order another plate, when all we wanted were two patties added onto our meal on the side to give our dog. We ended up paying for 3 meals because she refused to let us pay the add-on charge for one meal. The server also sent in the incorrect order for my husband. Our server approached our table multiple times and not once filled our drinks. The food was fine. It wasn't extraordinary. I think the burgers were a bit overpriced for what we received. I enjoyed the environment on the patio and that it was dog friendly."

"They were great! Rolled into town late last night as I had to be at the hospital in the area there SUPER early in the morning. I had to fast after midnight and I just wanted a good burger to savor! They did not disappoint. (She didn't know all this) but Lacey seated us when they were only half an hour till closing and the cook made us what we wanted and it tasted great! Burger tasted nicely seasoned. Got the one with the bacon jam on it ... the Floyd or something, haha. They were out of handmade chips so they gave me fries. Seasoned fries were house seasoning that is their own mix, I think, and not overwhelming at all! Will definitely come back. So good!!! Thanks so much!!! "Unless you are an African American “token” in your party…do not go. The staff is very uncomfortable with jovial groups groups of African American patrons (that tip well…sad that u have ti say that) coming in and enjoying the atmosphere. Our server, Katie was amazing but her manager Kristen was incredibly rude. She questioned why we were even walking in to the establishment as if we were lost from the Moment that we stepped in. Aside from that everything was fine. But that is enough to not return. #DineInEquality"

"This was the first restaurant I visited when I arrived in New Orleans a few days after Hurricane Ida hit. They were open with a limited menu, and I enjoyed a fantastic patty melt burger. I returned several times for other sandwiches, all of which were very good. They also feature great live music in the back, but there is an additional fee to eat there and enjoy the music. The door lady was a bit overbearing, which is the only negative comment I have about the place. Oh, and there's often a friendly dog behind the bar, which is amusing when he hops up on the ice chest to say hello. However, I can't help but wonder what the health department would think about that."

"Well a coworker suggested this place being the best burgers and mushroom and my he's right. Also heard this is a place for politics within Waukegan. Anyways was also amazed that the Amertto stone sour was a generous amount. Never experience having a glass and cost was about the same as a little glass they usually serve it. I had ordered the steak burger and for the price and how much Burger you get is very good I did not order french fries however I did order their mushrooms and the way they prepared and cooked it was delicious. There was not too much bread and the mushrooms were not small at all in some restaurants when it comes to bar food. Their steak burger was also worth the money for how much Burger you got for $12. Fridays they have a fish fry and I will probably come here on Friday for lunch they either have it in Pollock or in COD and I plan to order both to compare the taste. They also have shrimp but I'm not a big fan of fried shrimp nowadays. Anyways four stars for this hidden gem up in the north of a small town like Waukegan cause I didn't think there was any good to dine in until I discovered this"

"I love Pinky's, they have great pizza and people working and having fu there. I met another Packer fan on Friday night. What I like is the different sauces you can choose from and the many ingredients. My favorite is garlic infused olive oil for my sauce, add chicken, artichoke hearts mushrooms and of course the cheese...yummmm. I need to go watch the game there today."

"Went and had lunch there with some coworkers. The fried mozzarella was excellent, the chicken tenders appetizer. Both the barbecue and the buffalo sauce were very good. I had the Vermont cheddar burger, and I swapped out the turkey for the beef, no problems whatsoever to swap it out. The burger was huge! I opted for a side salad instead, but with all the other food I couldn't finish it all. All. I ended up bringing it home for leftovers. Overall the food was excellent. I would go back there again."

"Lou's rocketman cocktail took me straight to the moon! Outstanding service and delicious food. Led Zeppelin dog is a must try, Mac and cheese (add the bacon .. it's crispy) and the disco fries aka poutine gravy was amazing. Strawberry Fields salad was good too. Thanks Lou for your welcoming demeanor and pouring perfection on the draft beer. We will be coming back."

"I decided to order from Grubs to support local restaurants, but unfortunately, the food was disappointing. If I were the owner, I would be embarrassed to serve it. "We had dinner and drinks before the Bruins game. I made a reservation but should have requested a high-top table, as we ended up sitting next to the kitchen door, which was disappointing. That said, the service was excellent! The pizza, grilled avocado salad, and wings were all delicious, and the beer was, as always, great. I highly recommend the fluffy American IPA. Enjoy!"
