"The food was mediocre at best, lacking anything remarkable. However, the service at this restaurant truly left something to be desired, and not in a positive way. I attempted to place an online order using the link on their website, but my order was canceled, and I was directed to call the restaurant. When I did call, the staff member I spoke with was unhelpful and insisted that they hadn’t received my order, even though they claimed to use Menufy. After explaining that I had ordered through the website, I ended up placing my order over the phone for a breakfast of 2 eggs and 2 slices of bacon, along with an additional bagel.
When I arrived to pick up my order, they mistakenly claimed that I had ordered pancakes instead of what I had requested. I tried to clarify that I had ordered exactly as it was listed on their menu, but they argued with me and refused to fix the issue. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told that no manager was available. I would have been more than understanding if they had simply acknowledged their mistake and offered to correct it, but they stubbornly insisted that I had ordered incorrectly, despite using the exact wording from the menu. Overall, the service at this restaurant was incredibly rude and unhelpful."
