"Dave, the host, as always was so polite, kind, engaging and made us feel quite welcome as he always does. Our server, as well as the gentleman who bought out that popovers very attentive. The only reason I downgraded the food this time was I tried something new. We tried the finger sandwiches. They were more just a whisper of filling within two pieces of bread. It was really disappointing. I have never had a bad meal at this restaurant, I did let the server know and he said he would tell the chef but I never heard anything back I do love that café, but I will never order the finger sandwiches again! Everything else I’ve ever had has been wonderful."
