"My husband and I drove 20 minutes to get a sandwich based on the reviews. We walked in and there was not a single person physically in the store. Before we were even able to order we were told the wait would be 15-20 minutes because they were 'backed up with phone orders '. I own a business and have always served and attended to the people standing physically in front of me. We did not order 10 sandwiches in which case I would have understood. We were there for 1-2 cold subs. In my opinion poor customer service. We walked out. I have never written a yelp review r er but this was upsetting."
