"We were so excited to go to Locos today because our grandson had talked about how good it was, but how disappointing!! We ordered and got our drinks immediately. Forty minutes later we have not seen our waiter, George, and no food. Our son in law got up and found a waitress. Our food was there in two minutes, but it was all cold. Very disappointed!! After food was delivered our waiter , George, showed up to ask us if we needed anything else. We told, George, about the cold food and he said that he would talk to his manager. He returned in two minutes with fresh hot fries, but we were running late to our appointment, so we had to box up everything and leave. I asked George what happened and he said that they were so busy, but that simply was not true. Those hot fries got there too quickly. I am not sure that I will ever give them a second chance. Making a mistake forgetting about us and leaving our food waiting to be served and then serving it cold and then lying to cover it up. Sad for our grandson who spoke so highly of Locos. Perhaps the manager should have made an appearance :"
