As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, I often find myself skipping meals while traveling for work. However, I was thrilled to discover a complete menu of gluten-free options. I ended up spending my daily meal allowance on a gluten-free breakfast sandwich, a quinoa Mediterranean salad, and the Angry Chick Mac and Cheese. Everything was delicious and expertly prepared, with the Mac and Cheese being the standout dish for me. The packaging for both the salad and the Mac and Cheese was sturdy enough to withstand a full day of work, airport security, and my flight home. I enjoyed the salad on the plane and saved half of the Mac and Cheese for lunch the next day, reheating it in the toaster oven with foil. I will certainly be returning!"
