"HORRIBLE horrible horrible. First of all let me say that I have been a customer for the last five years. The food and atmosphere used to be so wonderful but the last year or two has been mediocre at best. The food quality has gone down, the quality of the dining experience is low (with dirty tables everywhere, dirty dishes, an absolutely horrific bathroom, and staff that look like they don't want to be there)... but tonight is the straw that broke the camels back.... I ordered a dish on DoorDash and thought that I had added a request in the notes section. I had not, which was totally my fault but I called to see if they could accommodate my request anyway. I was meant on the phone with just about the rudest most low class woman I've ever spoken to in a professional setting... I was in the process of telling her what happened and she kept cutting me off to argue and yell. I was so confused as to why she was angry so I told her that I didn't call her to argue and that I needed her to just hear what I was saying so that she could understand the full scope of my question. She put me on hold quickly and then put a manager on the phone who mimicked her same nasty attitude and horrible disposition. It was so disappointing that I called back to speak with the manager again and told him that I didn't appreciate the nastiness and that they had lost a customer... He said absolutely nothing as if it didn't even matter. Well I hope it doesn't because I will NEVER GO TO OR ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!! The idea that you think it's appropriate to yell at people or be nasty because of a simple question is ridiculous...these times are hard and people are hurting and if I wanna treat myself and my family to a night out to dinner I don't wanna have to argue through your mediocre food in your nasty staff to do it. there are too many great restaurants in Chicago with wonderful customer service to deal with them..."

"I wish I could give them 10 stars. Like some sort of magic trick, they have managed to keep the spectacular pasta dishes exactly the same as when I first fell head-over-heels in love with the tequila lime chicken pasta in the mid 90s. Since then, I had moved to LA for 20 years or so, came back and assumed it would either be gone or different. Huzzah! The tequila lime chicken is precisely the same, which is to say, PERFECT. The gnocchi alla vodka is delicious, the spinach ravioli is amazing, and our new favourite, the shells with salmon, is SUBLIME. We order the largest portion and order extra sauce. It's THAT good. And in almost 30 years I haven't even tried the pizza, we can't imagine ordering here and not having the pasta. Anyone can make shells or angel hair, yes, but the SAUCES and flavors and salmon and mushrooms...I'm drooling just thinking about them. Hands down our favourite meal in town, not kidding."

"My husband and I decided to stop by the Johnson City location on our way home from an anniversary weekend. We were warmly welcomed at the door by the owner, who took the time to go over the menu with us and made some great suggestions since it was our first visit. The staff was friendly, and the food was exceptional. The owner checked in with us several times, and we noticed that he actively engaged with all the customers throughout the evening. This place truly deserves a solid 5-star rating! Not only was the food fantastic, but the welcoming atmosphere and wonderful staff really stood out. The owner's dedication to his guests won us over, and we can't wait to return. We highly recommend this restaurant for people of all ages, and we plan to bring our kids with us next time!"

"Awesome Dawgs is fantastic! Not only do they serve the best hot dogs in the valley, but they also have the only Chopped Cheese sandwich I've found that rivals the authentic New York version. If you haven't tried it, imagine a cheeseburger chopped up and mixed with a special sauce that includes secret ingredients like ketchup, mayo, and hot sauce, all nestled on a fresh hoagie roll and topped with lettuce and tomatoes. It's incredible! The Chili Cheese Dawg is also better than anything else I've had. The Walking Taco is a creative and delicious option as well. I've never had a disappointing meal or experience here. I highly recommend this place!"
