"The food was quite good, and the server was friendly, but appeared quite distracted by what seemed to be a new iPad menu system. At one point, we witnessed the chef placing our food in the takeout window, with the server right beside it, completely engrossed in the iPad. We waited and waited, and despite the chef ringing the bell again, our food still did not make it to our table. It crossed my mind that perhaps the bartender, who was attending to one other customer, could have noticed the server was struggling and stepped in to deliver our food, offering better customer service. Unfortunately, by the time we finally received our meals, they were cold. Overall, I'm hoping this was just a learning curve for the server and that this level of service isn't the norm."
