"I had the experience of visiting Burger Village today. I got the beef burger with seasoned fries. The establishment was very clean and staff super friendly. However… suffice to say the food was nothing particularly amazing. The burger was decent especially the special sauce. I did however ask for it to be cooked to medium and was met with a leathery well-done burger instead. The fries themselves were crispy and golden so great job there. My mistake was ordering the seasoned variety. I truly believe seasoned fries to be superior… not in this case. They were caked in so much seasoning blend I inhaled some of the powder and choked slightly. The icing on the cake being that my burger and sauces were mixed up with my companion. All in all not thoroughly impressed. Great staff, clean establishment, food could be improved."

"As someone was has worked in the restaurant industry for over 6 years I was highly disappointed when I arrived to the hicksville location today. Hostess was on her phone standing by the bar, and it took our party of 4, 10 minutes to be greeted and seated. The place was not busy at all, as only 3 tables were seated in the restaurant. Once we were seated it took an extra 20 minutes for the server to get us drinks. Mind you there were still only 3 other tables seated at this point. The servers were … – show"

"Great burgers here. They can be on the juicy side so I would recommend getting it cooked medium. When I received my bison burger medium rare, it was very juicy. I also got the beef pulled tacos and shared the waffle fries (shareable was a great size) to-go. I tasted one of the tacos later on and even when I ate it cold, it was flavorful and the toppings were a good choice. No complaints on the service either. Very attentive and they all work together to make sure everyone is taken care of. I can’t come there often but when I do, they don’t disappoint. I’ve also had their wings here and the sauces are really good. Clean restaurant.
