"I placed a large order for five dinners, and it turned out to be quite pricey. Unfortunately, the food was just average, and several side dishes that were supposed to come with our meals were forgotten. I also requested napkins and utensils, which were missing as well. I know that might seem minor, but I was visiting someone out of town and didn’t have any on hand, especially since three of us ordered BBQ ribs. I called to express my concerns, and at first, they offered me $15 off my next order. However, I’m not even sure I’d want to order from them again! Eventually, it seemed like they would apply the $15 credit to my bill, but I never actually received it. Consequently, I ended up paying for food that I never even got!"
