"We went here based on previous reviews as it is a local place for us. Unfortunately, don't believe the hype. Food is average at best. I must admit they were large portions but either the flavors battled as there were too many competing strong ones or totally bland. I had the cioppono which was a weak noodle and fish dish. Salty but lacked any zest. The clams were chewy. Just way overlooked. My daughter had the duck. This was the dish that had too many competing flavors that she just couldn't enjoy it. My wife had the seared tuna. The dish was two large thick tuna steaks but no flavor at all. What a let down! We were so looking forward to it being a great place because it's minutes from our house. The appetizer humus variety was amazing but the dumplings had dry tough dough although the filling and dipping sauce was delicious. It doesn't deserve a poor ranking but it is fair at best. The staff was nice and attentive, but there was only one other table there. The only time the staff seemed to ignore us was when we were ready fortune check, but may be it was just us that wanted to get out."
