"I was eating here the other day and the manager Jim was extremely unprofessional. He was yelling at the employees like they were trash and was super negative. Everything was great until he started yelling then the energy changed and it was super tense and awkward after that. Like I don’t understand how you can talk to your employees like that when they are in front of their tables it’s very unprofessional and very obnoxious. When you go to a bar you go to get a drink and relax but then you see some big a-hole yelling at the employees and it makes you have ptsd and wanna leave. I think they need a new manager asap or they might start losing employees the way I saw them get treated. This bar is usually cool but after that experience I don’t think me or my friends will be coming back. Management needs a serious change or needs to learn how to talk to employees and not yell in front of customers. Definitely not a good vibe. I feel super terrible for the servers that have to work here and get treated like that. SHAME ON YOU JIM!!!!! You killed the vibe at oakleys"
