"During my first visit, everyone at my table was served promptly except for one person who was celebrating their birthday. When their food finally arrived, it was dry from sitting under a heat lamp for too long. They then had to wait an additional 15 minutes for their "freshly remade" meal. Both the waitress and the manager seemed dismissive of the situation, offering only a polite but insincere apology. This was on a Friday afternoon when the restaurant had plenty of empty tables.
On my second and third visits, I noticed that customers who arrived after me were served before I even received my order, which took at least 15 minutes to arrive. The servers, who were different bartenders, again offered polite but lackluster excuses. I didn’t escalate the issue to management, as my previous experience with a carefree manager had soured me on the process.
In all three instances, I wasn't looking for a free meal; I simply expected to be treated with respect as a paying customer. What has happened to the Round Rock Pluckers? Their customer service used to be much better. Are any other Pluckers locations performing better? If you're looking for alternative sports bars or restaurants, I found Anchor Bar and Hurricanes to be quite solid. Frankly, I doubt that any genuine management will take the time to read this entire review."
