"I visited Hook Real for my son’s 17th birthday, and it was a great experience. Our server, Keyera, was fantastic—friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. All the servers were pleasant, including one gentleman with an earring who smiled at me as we were leaving, which I truly needed. Although we were celebrating my son's birthday, it was a bittersweet occasion as my husband, the father of my children, had passed away the night before. I’m very grateful to the staff for their kindness during this difficult time. The restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere, great vibes, and delicious food. My only complaint is that the reservation fee I paid was supposed to be applied to my final bill, but it wasn’t."
