"I had to wait about five minutes to place my order at the drive-thru, which is understandable on a Saturday. However, when I finally reached the speaker and attempted to place my order in a normal voice, the employee informed me that she couldn't hear me. I repeated my order slightly louder, but she still struggled to understand me. After trying again, I raised my voice even more, only for her to cut me off and instruct me to pull up. Unfortunately, she never came to the window. Instead, she took two orders from people inside and possibly another from someone else, as well as the order from the person in line behind me. I ended up waiting at the window for 15 minutes without anyone coming to take my order. The employee who assisted me was named Brittany S. She had long yellow nails and faux locks, and her demeanor was rather rude."
