"I took a good friend yesterday to John's Place based on a suggestion from a co worker. It was excellent! My guest ordered the salmon, teriyaki that night, and I had the chicken peanut bowl. Both were very creatively sauced with a complex and enjoyable collection of spices and flavors. I was say they were equally complex and delicious. It's a smaller place but the service was impeccable, the waiter, the bus staff, even John himself! They all had an amazing attention to detail. It is rare that I wake up the morning after such a meal anxiously waiting to dig into leftovers, but this time I did. John's Place will certainly go into heavy rotation for me this year."
