"I enjoyed a delicious sandwich and had no issues with the food itself; however, the service was a different story. My sandwich went missing, and both I and another customer ended up waiting 25 minutes, only to discover that his sandwich had been placed on top of the oven. I still don’t know what happened to mine. The staff on duty on Sunday, August 28, seemed indifferent to the situation. During that time, only two sandwiches were served in 20 minutes, even with more customers coming in. One staff member carelessly tossed a sandwich onto the counter, which was rather off-putting. This was my first visit, and the restaurant felt like it hadn’t been cleaned since the COVID pandemic began. My girlfriend and I both have experience working in sandwich shops, so we understand the industry. Please improve your service and show more care for your customers and community."
