"I ordered a cheeseburger and fries. When my plate arrived, there were splatters of what looked like blood on it, possibly from the raw meat. The cheeseburger was the worst I have ever tasted, it was rotten and the cheese looked old. The lettuce was wilted and turning dark green and slimy at the ends. The fries were good, but overall I was very disappointed with the meal. I will not be returning to this restaurant. The service was okay, the atmosphere was lacking. The price per person is $10-20 for lunch. Food rating: 1, Service rating: 5, Atmosphere rating: 1."
