"I usually don't eat at this franchise, but I decided to try a combo deal of a chili hot dog and a burger. I asked to get the deal without chili on the burger, and they agreed. However, I ended up being charged as if I'd ordered each item separately, which was more expensive. The next item I ordered was a Polish sandwich, and my total came to $13.24. I paid with a twenty, but when I checked my change, I noticed I was short $3. They fixed that, but when I got down the road, I realized the Polish sandwich was missing. I should have known better; when I received my order, I had to ask for mustard, ketchup, and even napkins. The food and service were so disappointing that I've decided to take the loss and won't be going back. I don't think I'll be risking any future business with this franchise."
