"To make matters worse, we weren't informed until 8 PM on New Year's Eve that they wanted to move all parties from the rooftop terrace to the coffee shop below. They insisted that everyone keep their reservations, leaving us little time to find an alternative plan for the special night. Since both the kitchen and bar are on the roof, service was delayed. We understood under the circumstances and were willing to be patient, but when we saw that they ran out of water by 10 PM, it became frustrating.
My mother-in-law and I never received our food. The DJ was far too loud for the coffee shop setting, making it difficult to hear anything. At midnight, they didn't offer a champagne toast, which was disappointing. Our waiter disappeared just before midnight without any explanation, and we were forced to stay until 1 AM, trying to track someone down to settle our bill—one that was full of mistakes and also included charges for food we never received.
This experience was so negative that, despite our past good experiences, we likely won’t return."
