"Lunch was great. I had B1 and my partner had an order from the Thai menu #9 ginger with shrimp. This resembled a stir fry with shrimps and a side of rice. The shrimps and vegetable were done to perfection, and the sauce was lovely and tasty. B1 was my dish. It is one of my favorite dishes in the whole wide world and for the uninitiated you would think of it as a noodle salad with eggrolls for me. It is Bun Bin Cha Gio served with Nuoc Cham sauce. I love this dish as it is composed of little piles of pickled carrots and daikon, French fried onions, or shallots, cabbage, peanuts buried beneath rice noodles. My preference is to dump the Nuoc Cham sauce over the whole dish and get an extra dish of sauce to dip my Cha Gio in . Nothing is more heavenly. I should explain, Cha Gio the are the better part of an egg roll. They are made with pork, carrots, noodles, onions etc and are deep fried. In this case my order contained 4 whole rolls cut in half and just the right size for pushing and dipping. That's far 575 is as close as it gets to the old Pho Ga restaurant on Buford Highway. Excellent food reasonable prices."
