"Great food, great service.We ordered a seaweed salad to start and it was fantastic. Seaweed on top of a bed of mixed greens which includes but not limited to red oak, baby spinach, curly kale, and corn.For our entrees, she had the classic which is a tonkotsu with pork belly. Flavor was great, the broth was rich, and surprisingly they use ramen noodles. Not a lot of ramen places use ramen noodles.I had the Garlic Truffle. Really nice and rich broth, with the combination of roasted garlic and truffle oil. Truly amazing flavors in your mouth, unami. The noodles are a little thicker, which is great too. I added an extra egg (surprised I got a whole egg and not the other half and extra portion of noodles.Overall experience was great. Will be coming back next time we are in town.Edit: I forgot to mention, appetizers are $5 during happy hour! So our $6.5 seaweed salad was only $5."
