"Lacy was unfriendly during our visit. We traveled from Texas and didn’t feel welcomed at all. To make up for the long wait for our second drink, we were served a complimentary non-alcoholic "nightcap" as an apology, but it was still disappointing. She didn’t smile once throughout the service. Overall, we were not impressed."
