"If I could give less than 1 star, I would. This appropriation of black American culture must stop. Kimmy's is essentially a Korean-run Soul Food restaurant. The staff are not proficient in cooking black American cuisine, yet we still support these establishments. The chicken tasted like chitlins, the mac and cheese seemed to be boiled instead of baked, with melted cheese on top. The chicken also appeared to be made from frozen rather than fresh chicken. Sweet potatoes were also underwhelming."

"If I could give negative stars, I would. DO NOT order from this location. I placed an online order at 4:15 pm. I was told the order would be ready at 4:45 pm. When I got to this location a little after 5 pm, I was told that the printer was broken. In addition, he asked for my mobile phone so that he could see the order and write it down. Why my order was not in the system remains a mystery to me. By the time I got my order, it was closer to 6 pm. The meals that I was given were not what I ordered. The facility was dirty, tables sticky, there was a sign that said toilet closed and the soda machine was open. The customer service was sub-par. While he did apologize for the printer being broken, no explanation was given as to why my order was never received. The man behind the counter had his airbuds in and was merrily dancing to music while we waited for an inordinate amount of time for our food. Of course the doordash order was ready, but we witnessed him berate the dasher for grabbing a straw to which the dasher (rightfully) said, you need to work on your customer service and stop being so cheap I will NEVER order from this place again."

"I wanted to check out a new restaurant, having been a red wine enthusiast for years. I ordered a glass of house Cabernet, and the server poured about three-quarters of a glass, finishing off one bottle before opening a new one. When I tasted it, it was flat, so I kindly requested a new glass from the freshly opened bottle. She replied, "It shouldn’t be flat; it’s less than a week old, and we sell a lot of Cabernet," and then simply stared at me and asked, "Anything else?" I ended up paying for the flat glass of wine that I didn’t even drink and decided to leave. Her attitude was very indifferent. Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing."

Eat here pretty often and the staff and even the couple who owns it are very nice people. Food is pretty good. Love the wings, the fried rice is better here than at the Chinese restaurant in the same plaza and the philly is great too(extra meat . Seriously I don?t mean to yell in the beginning however just reading some of the reviews I?m thinking people are really crazy. I?ve lived in Gwinnett for 5 years ordering from here and the food is always great. The one time I make a complaint to them about my order and they took care of me so quickly, thoughtfully and professional I had to write a review. Keep in mind I?m ordering Uber eats so they don?t know who I am but If i went into the store they would recognize me and I STILL received excellent customer service."

"The Pizza Puff with Fries was a meal for my four year old; he loved the pizza puff but the fries had a little too much seasoning for him. The fried Okra was absolutely delicious! And, the KingPotato is so big we can save some to eat for snack later; its a huge potato with lots of cheese, some sour cream and chives and a protein of your choosing. We ordered Philly steak, shrimp and tilapia potatoes and we each liked ours."

"I recently ordered from this restaurant via Uber Eats because I was unable to go out due to injuries from a car accident. If I could have, I would have gone in person to speak with management about my experience. Unfortunately, the food was terrible—soggy and poorly prepared. The packaging was also damp and unappealing. I ordered the fish and chicken combo, which cost over $21. Their promotion stated that for orders over $20, customers would receive a free order of five wings valued at $7.99. However, I was still charged for the wings despite my order exceeding the $20 requirement, which felt like a scam. To make matters worse, they forgot to include the French fries that were supposed to come with the combo but still included multiple ketchup packets. I couldn't understand the reasoning behind that. The meal made me feel ill, and I’m seriously considering contacting the health department about my experience. I placed my order a little after midnight, and I can't help but wonder about the staff working at this location at such an hour. Overall, I will not be ordering from here again."

"I went in and asked for a small rice no onions(I'm allergic and told her that) and mozzarella sticks, was told they don't have a small rice. Waiting a little over a normal amount of time maybe 14 mins, only had one person in front of me. When finally got it the rice had onions in it and the mozzarella sticks was cooked to the point of no having Chess in it. Ask her to remake the rice she and she told me to keep the old rice but she then cooked me a small rice in a container that was a quarter of the original size of rice she said they only had."
