Our meals arrived in a very reasonable timeframe, especially considering everything was freshly made. Christine ensured that our coffee cups were never less than half full. Ash checked on us multiple times and fulfilled our requests instantly. When my wife asked for extra sugar for her coffee, Ash turned to Santiago, who was at the counter, and said "sugar." Santiago had the sugar at our table almost before my wife finished her request. He was like a whirlwind, clearing plates quietly and courteously as customers finished. Several times, when I finished with a plate and looked for a spot to set it down, Santiago appeared out of nowhere to ask if he could take it away.
At one point, when a customer dropped a fork, Santiago dashed from the kitchen to pick it up before the customer could. He truly is amazing! Despite their impressive speed and efficiency, the three servers didn’t make us feel rushed at all. In fact, it felt like they were ensuring we had everything we needed while keeping the area clutter-free, allowing us to sit back and enjoy our meal.
All in all, it was a remarkable and enjoyable dining experience. We will definitely be returning!"
