"I don?t consider my self a complainer and to be honest this is my 1st review ever. I called Tacos Tijuana and place an order of over $75. In all that order I Specifically order ed 2 vampiros and 2 tacos no vegetales. When I received my order they put salsa and guacamole on them. I called to let them know and this girl named ?Heidi? if that?s even her real name said was my mistake because I didn?t specify that obviously they have no clue on what a vegetable is!! Salsa is made out of vegetables, guacamole too . She refused to transfer me with her manager named ?Alfredo? again if that?s even real according to this Heidi ?? never in all this conversation offer an apology or even show a little of respect for a customer not to mention the loud music on the back making all this harder to resolve. Horrible customer service Horrible desire to solve any problems Horrible food Will never ever go back again and leave my money on a careless place Will spread the word the most that I can Me and my family like to support local business and feel proud of doing it, but not supporting places like #Tacostijuana with careless employees and low desire to have satisfied customers TACOS TIJUANA the worst of Reno/Sparks area."

"I Have not been to this reduction since the early 2000's. The food was as good as i remember. The waitress/host was a real joy to visit with. She gave us excellent service with the exception of bringing the food before the drinks. Service was exactly what I wanted and the food was 5 star. Believe it or not their steak fingers are the BOMB!! And really good too."
