"I reserved a table from the open table app just to be told that my reservation would not be accommodated. I asked what was the reason and I was told the owner/manager decided to stop taking reservations at 7:30. Due to the amount of people in my party, I had to hold the table with a credit card and had to purchase tickets through eventbrite. I was told those tickets were for entry into the club, which wasn’t true. Those tickets guaranteed me bottle service at my table. They didn’t have any answers nor did they try to accommodate us. They “ let us in free” but it wasn’t really free bc we had already bought the tickets. They told us we would have to just stand around bc their tables were pre booked. YES, BY ME! This was a horrible experience and for it being not only NYE but my birthday, I was very disappointed."
