"**The Good:** I’ve been visiting this restaurant once a month for 19 years, drawn by the delicious food and soups, especially since I live just a mile away.
**The Bad:** Unfortunately, the service leaves much to be desired. There’s a tall lady with glasses who has been there for years; she rarely smiles, mumbles a single syllable, and then walks away with a serious demeanor. I’ve never seen her offer water refills. The other older woman at the counter is just as unwelcoming—no conversation, no smiles, just a perpetually frowning expression. I’m sorry to say this, but if you choose to work in customer service, a friendly attitude would go a long way.
**The Ugly:** The interior of the restaurant is in dire need of renovations. For as long as I’ve been dining here, there has been a lingering odor reminiscent of an old, musty garage, complete with a hint of abandoned oil spills.
