"The portion sizes are quite small for the price. Paying $12.00 for just seven tiny cauliflower balls feels excessive—kids meals often provide more food than that. Additionally, I was surprised to discover that condiments now come with an extra charge; I ended up paying $1.00 for hot sauce. Is business struggling that much that there’s a need to cut back on portions and raise prices for meals that don’t even satisfy hunger? I genuinely want to support black-owned restaurants, but I've noticed consistently higher prices for smaller portions at every vegan black-owned establishment I’ve visited. It’s disappointing but true! I think it might be time for me to start preparing my own vegan meals."
