"Really sucks that after going to this restriction for over 6 years they have new management and staff. The OWNER IS WHITE....How ironic is that (TOKYO) House...anyways that's beside the point. The new owner is VERY rude, MANIPULATIVE, has bad customer service. Today I ordered what I always order and my food was missing Cabbage and the rice was HARD. I asked for them to please remake it. Charles in the front and Micki were VERY KIND and apologetic and wanted to help. The owner never came out to help me although he could hear what I was asking for. They decided to make the cabbage and give me back the same hard rice and didn't tell me. I had to ask if it was the same. I asked for my Money back and was told I can still keep the food. Well the owner said NO. I needed to leave the food if I wanted me money. FINE. I took my money. When I asked him about giving me the same food without telling me, he said they weren't going to remake my food just because cabbage was missing. I have NEVER had an issue when Amy and Charlie and the others were there. I will NEVER eat here again. Beware they now have cheap rice that is hard and their ingredients are different. This owner does not deserve my business. Sad after all the years I've been going there."
