"Ok, I just wanted a good Gyudon or Curry or even Ramen. Being from a country that has the biggest Japanese demographic outside Japan does this with you, I start craving for this kind of food from time to time.I went to HINODEYA twice (I just wished my business travel was longer) and the first day I ordered a Katsu Curry with a side of Kara-ague. The tonkatsu was on point. Crispy outside and tender inside, the curry is among one of the I ate and the Kara-ague, just like the tonkatsu, was excellent. The better (for my surprise) was yet to come.Next day, a Spicy Miso Ramen with a side of Gyosa.Oh. My. God.The miso soup was out of this world, the spicy touch with the Miso is just perfect. Perfect noodles, bamboo core, corn, nori... Please, just ask for it. It's just perfect.I left for last what I liked the most: A gyoza so perfectly cooked that any attempt to describe would be underrating it. This is a no brainer, ask for it. No it doesn't matter if you don't know what it is, just eat. Thank me later.Well, you guys left permanent memories for this Brazilian here. I just wish the best for you all and, if I return to Dallas, I'll make an effort to pass by."
