Most of the ingredients are flown in from Japan, and all the chefs are well-trained and extremely friendly. I've had the pleasure of meeting the owner, John, who is the best host and restaurant owner one could hope for. He's very personable, remembers his customers, and treats you like family. I would return just for the exceptional service alone. The sushi is always fresh, and the rolls are crafted with skill. We come here for the top-quality sashimi, as well as the beautiful presentation and fantastic flavors."
