"This is one of my very favorite places to eat. I crave Tomato Flagship and had a big bowl today. This restaurant is an offshoot of Sugar Mountain as is Beecher’s Cheese. This soup has Beecher’s cheese as an ingredient. Much of the food is displayed in a counter and sold by the weight, so you can have a little bit of everything that tempts you (and believe me it is hard to choose). Food is available to take home too. And you can sample anything before you buy. And those of us who appreciate being good stewards of the earth are happy that the plasticware is compostible and in addition to composting, the restaurant recycles. Given the quality of the food, the cost of a meal is entirely a function of your appetite and food choices. I watched a child seated on his mother’s lap, who might have been as old as two, grabbing food from the mother’s plate and palming it into his mouth as fast as he could. So you know the food is really good."
