They mentioned using olive oil instead of lard to keep it open to the folks that can't eat swine. I enjoyed the flavors of the lengua tacos, cabeza tacos, cabeza burritos, and the 4 3 salsas all very flavorful. They serve spicy pickled carrots and peppers on the side, Legit. Many seating options, depending on the ambiance you desire, there an outside fenced in area with lots of sunshine and with music, indoors watching the soccer game, or outback a cooler spot with no sunshine under the shady trees."
