"The owner/server welcomed us with a basket of warm, crispy tortilla chips accompanied by an excellent salsa—a definite 5 stars. The salsa was made from puréed tomatoes, onion, garlic, cilantro, and jalapeño, delivering fantastic flavor with just a hint of spice.
As for the tacos, they were quite good. I ordered the three-taco dinner with two steak tacos and one shrimp taco, served with delicious rice and beans. My wife chose the three al pastor tacos, also served with rice and beans. I found the al pastor tacos to be even better than the steak ones, which is saying a lot. The tacos exceeded my expectations, and I particularly enjoyed the seasoning of the rice—though I might have just been really hungry at the time! Still, the standout of the meal was definitely the salsa."
